When The Genesis Group opened, it was founded on the knowledge that trunk system owners, world-wide, needed tools to help them get the most value out of their investment. What's a trunk system? It is a highly intelligent two way communications system. It allows courier companies, service companies, and lots of other companies communicate with all of their people. All of this communication is controlled by a computer and repeaters (radios) that are located at a tall tower site. This allows hand held radios and vehicles to talk to each other when they are up to 60 miles (100Km) apart! Genesis products specialize in software to enhance the management and billing of these systems. We help the system owner make money from his investment. This also extends to the very large system owner that may not be actually invoicing users on his system but wants to really understand what is happening on his system. He may want to compare last year's usage and busies to this year's. He may want to catch system abusers or proactively watch for potential system problems. It's been our privilege to help with over 2000 Motorola and LTR (Trademark of E.F. Johnson Company) systems, worldwide. Our services include answering simple questions before a system is purchased to implementation of full, daily operations training. Within this range, we have analyzed trunk system orders, installed towers and repeaters, surveyed sites, set up ID management systems, billing and radio management systems. We have been licensed by Motorola to decode the Motorola control Channel on SmartNet and SmartZone systems. We have traveled to almost all continents of the globe to help trunk system owners with our software and hardware.

We want to help. Frankly, money is secondary to improving the industry and our customer's image. Oh, we expect to be rewarded for the services we perform, but that is not our primary motivation.
