Many of the advanced options in Trio require advanced hardware. This hardware is available to be purchased locally in most industrialized nations or can be quoted and supplied by Genesis.

Other advanced options in Trio require a solid, fulltime connection from your office to the Internet. At our Genesis corporate headquarters, our Cable Modem adds an operations cost of apx. $170/mo. USD. This is money well spent since we now have a very fast Internet connection for web work, client care, etc.

Customer Maintenance

Fixed Fee Calculation

  • Allows automatic prorating of normal monthly fees for initial contract start. It can be turned on or off, according to your company preference.
  • Fixed fees are assessed to a unit in advance for the entire billing period (week, month, quarter, etc.)
  • Fixed Fees for a unit can be assigned to one account while airtime fees can be individually assigned to different accounts.
  • Add account level miscellaneous fees that are One Time, Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly, Annual. This is used for billing set up fees, charging for client web access, anything that applies to the entire account.
  • Bill for batteries, accessories, etc.

Taxes

  • Assign a tax group to a customer for fixed charges.
  • Assign a separate tax group to individual services.

Interface to Client Master Accounting System

  • Prepares all files needed for interfacing at a GL level.
  • File definition is simple and easy to interface with client supplied program for GL.

Client Care Features

  • Preview invoices. Select preview invoice to see current, up to the minute, status of a current invoice cycle.
  • Post-view invoices. Select post-view invoice to see any past invoice for the customer; can be reprinted and mailed to a customer.

  • Monthly totals of all categories invoiced.
