Core Data Maintenance
- Customer Information Input / View / Edit (IVE = Input, View, Edit)
- Automatic, semi–automatic or manual assignment of new customer IDs with a "mask" that you define.

Core Setup Information
- Company IVE. Genesis Trio can be set up to allow billing for multiple companies. A licensing file is needed to add additional companies.
- Dealer IVE – Dealer information including: how inventory is handled; their access rights for the web interface, etc.
- Churn IVE – Codes to define why units were activated, changed, deactivated or deleted.
SIC codes IVE – standardized list of codes; however, we provide a way to minimize the list to suit your needs.
- System IVE allows Genesis Trio to operate on multiple System IDs.
- MSISDN List IVE – available MSISDN numbers with ability to reserve numbers.
- Contacts IVE – contact information for individuals who service or maintain your system.

Client Care Features
- Simple Customer search by name, customer ID, dealer number.
- Simple Unit search by IMEI, model, radio type, unit name, customer, serial number.
- Color code customers to easily show, at a glance VIP status, financial status, etc. This can be up to 10 different colors and definitions that you set up.
- Customer bill–to address.
- Contact, phone, fax, e–mail information.
- From customer screen, access and IVE all unit information.
- Trio customer Tree View (exclusive to Genesis Trio) to quickly show all Units that belong to a customer. Drill down even further to see which Systems, fleets, talk groups, and modes each unit is provisioned on. It has the familiar look and feel of Microsoft Explorer.
