This is a no-obligation offer, but with all great deals, there is some fine print. Here it is:

Customer supplies hardware (ie: PC, RIMII, RF-modem, server)
Customer must own or manage a Motorola SmartNet, SmartZone, OmniLink, Dimetra or MOTOTRBO system and commit to using the software for 60-day trial period
We will require customer's system ID to enable the software for trial period
Software will stop running after 60 days unless customer chooses to purchase
Upon receipt of a PO from the customer, Genesis will email an encrypted license file which will activate the software

For all support issues — including informational inquiries — we require a trouble ticket. This will help us follow issues and take appropriate courses of action. When a ticket has been activated, we are immediately notified and respond quickly. We promise thorough and expedient conflict resolution and follow-up.

Standard Maintenance & Total Support

Our support staff is committed to providing timely problem resolution. We require that our customers maintain a current, fully paid Maintenance and Total Support (MTS) contract that is renewable on an annual basis. Support issues come in two phases:
