We believe so much in the value of what we have to offer Motorola trunk system owners and managers, we offer a free, fully-functioning 60-day evaluation of our software, including manuals! We'll even foot the bill for initial shipping. As part of our exemplary customer service, we provide installation assistance and our world-famous customer support during the evaluation period.

Terms and Conditions
- Customer supplies hardware (ie: PC, RIMII, RF-modem, server)
- Customer must own or manage a Motorola SmartNet, SmartZone, OmniLink, Dimetra or MOTOTRBO system and commit to using the software for 60-day trial period
- We will require customer's system ID to enable the software for trial period
- Software will stop running after 60 days unless customer chooses to purchase
- Upon receipt of a PO from the customer, Genesis will email an encrypted license file which will activate the software
Online Trouble Ticket
For all support issues — including informational inquiries — we require a trouble ticket. This will help us follow issues and take appropriate courses of action. When a ticket has been activated, we are immediately notified and respond quickly. We promise thorough and expedient conflict resolution and follow-up.

In the event of an emergency and you are completely down, call our Emergency Help Line at 1-877-548-0465.
Standard Maintenance & Total Support
Our support staff is committed to providing timely problem resolution. We require that our customers maintain a current, fully paid Maintenance and Total Support (MTS) contract that is renewable on an annual basis. Support issues come in two phases:

- Problem Severity Classification Levels

Actual requirements and product functionality may vary based upon trunking system configuration and requirements. After extensive testing on multiple configurations and conditions, Genesis suggests the following minimum specifications as a baseline. Additional hardware may be required in some circumstances. For security purposes, the Data Reader is configured with two network interface cards. It is recommended that one be linked to the System network and one to the Corporate network.
