Genesis Corporate Quality Commitment

While we are not an ISO certified company, we are very strict about our quality, testing and customer care. This document gives a glimpse of some of the quality policies that are in place at Genesis. Genesis has taken the approach to place each developer in charge of a product. In general, he is also the same person that does support on that product and in many cases also does the training on that product (however we do extensive cross training). The reason is so he can easily see, first hand, how well he has done his job and if there are any issues, he'll do better next time. The last thing ANY developer wants to do is to be called at 3AM saying that there is a problem with software that his team created! THAT is the driving force behind quality at Genesis. So many companies have relegated the developers into isolated cubicles where they rarely hear of testing and client issues until after the fact. We choose to go the opposite direction. So, while we have not yet pursued ISO certification, we DO have quality policies and better than that we have quality motivation.
