4. Hardware sizing and pricing is based on estimated Call Volume (to determine hard drive needs).

3. Second or more copies of a module in a single ID Omni or System are 1/2 the price of the first module.

NV2 includes up to 3 custom reports. The customer is permitted to have Genesis design up to three custom reports of Level1 complexity, two Level2 complexity reports, or one Level3 complexity report.

Custom Reports Level Definitions

• Level 1 Reports
  Custom reports that take less than one hour to create and test.  
• Level 2 Reports
  Custom Reports that take less than one day to create and test.  
• Level 3 Reports
  Custom Reports that take apx. three days to create and test.  Genesis reserves the right to determine the level of custom reports being requested.

Required Items

1. Input Module - GW3_RIMII
   This module also includes the ability to setup a password protected filters to ensure that a user only sees certain talkgroups and/or radios.
2. Core Engine and Alias Module - GW3_Alias
   Alias DB Manager for ID’s, Talkgroups, frequencies, sites, etc & Core GW3 Engine.
3. Core Engine Connection Manager - GW3_Conn
   This manages and licenses all Modules. GW3 comes with the license to watch ONE instance of each module. Most of the time this module will be located at the prime computer, but it does not have to be there. Please see Additional Items for pricing for additional connections and additional modules. GW3_Conn includes context sensitive help system. Includes a Database Manager and interface to MSDE which is distributed with GW3. Also with the core piece is a Module Manager that allows the customers to dynamically add/remove modules as well as launch their interfaces. An Updated Module Launching Interface is in the works that is very graphical and visually appealing.
4. Events Module - GW3_Events
   All of the modules report their health to the events module which in turn sends the information in syslog format to a UDP port. In the future it will be used by other modules for alerting. Also stores events in the computer’s Application Event Log.

Motorola License Fee
A line item must clearly be added to each quotation and then the invoice that shows that we are adding a 5% fee that we pay to Motorola. The 5% is calculated on the total, discounted price of all GW3 software modules that are sold to a customer, excluding hardware, installation, shipping, maintenance, etc.

1. Activity Module - GW3_Activity
   Scrolling text display of control channel data. Every Control Channel packet can be filtered (see it or not see it) and colorized.
2. System Activity Summary - GW3_SysSum
   Summary Grid of all system activity. Summaries are created every 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 60 min, 3 hr,6 hr,12 hr,24 hr. It will also include quick graphing of that information.
3. Archive Module - GW3_Archiver
   Archives control channel data to SQL database. Storage length is limited to hard drive space available.
4. Core Excel Reports - GW3-CanReports
   Suite of core reports relevant to industry requirements. To be created with assistance of beta tester. Includes a graphical report launching interface that shows an icon of the report to be run. Requires Archive Module.
5. Group View Display with Emergencies - GW3_Group
   Displays Talkgroup based dispatch call activity, scrolling activity, emergency display and alerts.
6. Channel Status Display - GW3_Channel
   Graphically displays channel status for each channel on the system. Includes window showing all diagnostics and busies. Also includes a window that shows global system settings reported by the Control Channel and system rejects.
