When using GenWatch3 or GW3-TRBO, the circle "R" (®) should be used at the first textual mention of the brand name per document or website page, not including the appearance thereof in a diagram or graphic. Questions on proper usage should be directed to Genesis.

Affiliations

GenCore Candeo, Ltd. and its subsidiary companies: The Genesis Group, GenCore, LLC, Burks GenCore Company, Inc., and its software are not directly affiliated with Motorola. Genesis is licensed by Motorola to decode the proprietary Control Channel data (3600 baud).

Name Recognition

We offer some clarity of distinction between our corporate names and subsidiaries...

The Genesis Group
When we opened business in 1989, it was a sole proprietor company. We operated and have always been known as The Genesis Group. While it is not a legal or official company name, we are most commonly known by this title.

Burks GenCore Co., Inc.
This is the only corporation we have. It is called a sub-S corporation. BGCI acts as a management company for most of the other companies.

Genesis World
This isn't a company. While searching for available website domain names, there were many names "Genesis" already taken. We chose GenesisWorld.com to reflect our global market focus.

GenCore International, Ltd.
This was created to allow partners to be brought in for a specific purpose: to bring EzBill+ from DOS into Windows and call it Trio. The partnership was a collective of owners that has changed over time. Genesis Trio is the only current Genesis product listed under GenCore International.

GenCore Candeo, Ltd.
"Candeo" is Latin for growing in brilliance (think of the word candle). Candeo was created out of a partnership with another company. In the contract, the partner company had an option that was never exercised, to purchase 20% of "Genesis". We wanted to define what that meant, so we created Candeo and moved almost all of our intellectual property (IP) into it. As a result, most Genesis business is now centered in GenCore Candeo, Ltd.
