      <title>Updated Report Identifies Lurking Radios</title>
      <description><![CDATA[Genesis EMEA Operations (UK) announced today that updates to the Talkgroup Affiliation report are now able to identify radios that are affiliated to a talkgroup, even when the radio does not transmit or provide a mobility update by moving and affiliating to a site. This means that a radio could be affiliated to a particular talkgroup, but without this new report from Genesis, it would remain unidentified even though it could be listening to all the communications on that talkgroup.]]></description>
