Issues Resolved in Update 26

Install/Uninstall

• Upgrade from 2.0.0 now creates RES_WACNSs DB table
• Service shuts down for Uninstall process
• Upgrade now replaces previously licensed module icon
• CADI Document now included in installation
• GW Installer now prompts to install SQL

LaunchPad/Alerts

• License button now fully functional
• "No Modules Detected" is no longer displayed when changing host machine
• Alerts no longer shows false disconnect from GenWatch3 Service
• Incomplete module list no longer displayed
• Old tools images no longer displayed
• Infopage images updated
• Switching users no longer generates error
• "Email Question" functions properly on Windows 2000
• Alert tray icon issues now resolved
• Disconnecting one client no longer affects other clients
• Changing computer name no longer creates duplicate settings
• After relicensing: admin is no longer required to import resources from license to get valid data
• Double-clicking new module no longer causes GUI behind LaunchPad to move to front
• Double clicking modules no longer generates "Invalid Module" message
• Switching d/b no longer requires service restart
• Unexpected Shutdown no longer occurs when remote database machine is taken offline

• Settings now save correctly

• Affiliation count matches that displayed in SysVista

Alias

• Search function much kinder and gentler on RAM usage
• Radio state is now recorded in the RES_ID table for REGROUP command
• Unhandled Exception no longer occurs after adding a multigroup
• Added indication of duplicate Alias or Serial Number

AMNP

• Buttons now displayed
• Message boxes now include titles

Channel

• Display/Redraw issues addressed, improving response time
• Summary mode now displays all sites
• Sites without channel now displayed under the correct zone
• Channel Width: Minimum/Maximum corrected
• Zone background image now tiles properly
• Zone statistics no longer generate error message
• Site Idle settings now save
• GUI inconsistencies resolved
• Active Calls end if Zone ID is changed in ATIA
• Backgrounds layout now updates correctly
• Wrapped channels are no longer cut off/cropped in Summary view
• Digital, Coded calls are now indicated correctly
• Zone Statistics: - times now displayed in correct order
• Upgrades to Busy/Interzone/Console functionality and logic

Group

• Module now launches properly
• Help: ambiguous reference when describing the All Activity window corrected

LoneWorker

• "Logged-Off/Deactivated" Opening option now functions correctly
• Online Help brought up-to-date
• Problems with reassigning subordinates when supervisor is changed to a worker resolved
• Import/Export Workers: multiple issues addressed and resolved
• LoneWorker Alarms: ACK Timestamps now write to the database properly - not just when the Alarms form is opened and closed

RCM

• Topaz input: Service now continues to run when a pending task is aborted
• Grids in Database Snapshot now display properly in Vista
• Maximized screens on non-Primary monitors now windowed (not maximized) on the Primary Monitor after reloading screen

Reports

• Activities By Talkgroup Over Time: arithmetic overflow resolved
• Report Wizard: all radio and Talkgroup IDs displayed (some were missing)
• Radio ID now displays consistently
• Reject Reasons: Radio ID now displayed in Reject Reason report
• Radio PTTs: description line issues resolved, including proper alignment

RIM-II

• OBT Settings: TX frequencies now load from DB
• Reported settings from System Status Packet on 900MHz systems now display correctly
• All Busies now time out (as they should)

RSP25

• GUI inconsistencies in P25 Conventional vs. Trunking resolved

Security

• Module now opens properly
• F1 Help now opens the proper bookmark

Trigger

• Renaming a trigger now only needs to be performed once (instead of twice)
• "Lack of" event now starts
