GenPAMICS has been built in a way that makes it reasonably painless to interface to OSS/CC&B systems via our SDK and for us to interface to many different switch types.

We have taken a database driven approach so most all of the work that we do involves additions to our database with just a little bit of coding. The end result is that using XML, your OSS/CC&B can seamlessly provision new phones or radios, and then at regular intervals, GenPAMICS can pass call detail information back to your OSS/CC&B from the switches.
