- All published features and functions will operate as stated.
- Documentation of testing procedures will be included in Source Safe.
- All software will have a lock down archived source code versions stored in Source Safe, DVD media, on and off site.
- Genesis will, at all times place "customer down" issues at the highest priority. Genesis will work tirelessly and tenaciously to bring any customer down situation back to life, no matter why the customer is down.
- All Genesis employees will remember that if there is an issue after our product gets into customer's hands, the employee that caused the issue will be the same person fixing the issue. Each employee's goal is to never have to spend time fixing our own errors.
- All Genesis employees will have pride of "ownership" in each of their product specialties and as such will prepare it, deliver it, support it and improve it just as they would their own child.

The nature of our business allows us to be physically located anywhere in the world. However, our home in Tyler, Texas has spoiled us to its terrific people, top-knotch talent pool, exemplary schools, great churches, and beautiful weather. Genesis Corporate Information
The Genesis Group is a telecommunications solutions company that creates innovative management software for the trunking network industry. Over the years we have owned and operated Motorola brand trunking systems. We have managed 23 LTR-based trunking systems for a large US company.
As in the past, our central focus is developing and marketing software programs (such as GenWatch, now known as GenWatch3®) to help trunking system owners increase their bottom line, and help the trunking system operator keep his sanity.
