Über Wizard
Adding a new client from scratch could be a daunting task. Not with the Genesis Trio Über Wizard! Über means "super" in German. It is kind of like a wizard of wizards. Über will take you through every single step that is necessary to take you from a new customer contract that hits your desk, to that new client being fully provisioned and ready for the first bill to be printed! All together now...Über!

Tree View
We call this the Tree View. This is a Windows Explorer type of view to show you all Fleets, Radios, Personalities, TalkGroups, and Modes for each account. Clicking on a radio, brings up the Radio View screen as you see on the left. |

Accounts
The Accounts Screen is available from the Left Menu or the File -> Setup menu. As you can see here, we have engineered a high level of sophistication into the Trio design that is available only in CM&B software costing many times that of Trio. |

Memo View
Memos can be written to track conversations with clients. Memos are stored both in your local Outlook as well as a central database so that all Trio users can see them. Reminders can be set to tell you to call a client, change the status of a radio, etc. You can create these reminders in Outlook or in Trio. |

Web Aware
Clicking on the Radio model shown in the picture on the screen links you to the web page that is specified in the URL box. This URL can be set to Motorola's web page with all the latest information for the particular model or any other web page you choose. |

Personality (1st Tab)
Adding radios and personalities is a snap with Genesis Trio. Clear, simple screens guide the user through the steps. When CSRs (customer service representatives) help the end user, the screens give clear information about the radio unit. You can see that we ask information that is unique and specific to SmartZone. |

Personality Billing (2nd Tab)
Trio has very unique billing features that no other software package can offer. Trio allows you to use Rate Templates to give you control over billing. But it is not so restrictive that it hurts! We also allow you, from this screen to setup the sites that are valid for the unit to operate on. |

Personality More Info (3rd Tab)
As SmartZone advances in versions, you will see many new features evolving. Trio is ready for many of those features. |

Personality Services (4th Tab)
Each SmartZone system can have different services. As an example, some have telephone interconnect and some do not. Each personality of a radio can have or not have different services. |

Personality Talkgroups (5th Tab)
If you own a SmartZone system, you know what a nightmare it can be to manage Talkgroups on the radios. Each personality in a radio can have a different set of Talkgroups, too. Trio has a very smart way to help you manage all of the Talkgroups that are in each radio personality. |

Change Tracking
Every screen shows you information about who first entered a record, when it was entered, who last edited the record and when it was edited. |

Search Screen
Genesis Trio users have the ability to limit the content they are working with at any time with the Search screens. Each section in Trio has its own search screen. There are many different things to search by. Once you have entered your search criteria, press the Find button. This will return all records that meet your criteria. You can now sort by a column by clicking on the column heading. Once you have found your record, simply double-click it or highlight it and press the GoTo button. |

Repair Tracking
Genesis Trio users can track Repairs of radios sites, etc. The Service Request interface tracks a service request for a radio or system through 3 stages. Create a request for a radio or system needing service. Update the request during the Repair stage. Close the request once the request has been resolved. Capable of storing any pertinent information and comments regarding the request, along with easy viewing of requests at any stage. |
