Industry-Specific System Management
As a powerful modular enhancement of GenWatch3, Trio accurately manages, reports and invoices on a single site to a multi-zone system. Exclusive to the wireless communications industry, Trio is engineered specifically for ASTRO® 25, SMARTZONE, Dimetra, and Public Safety LTE networks. It collects data from ATIA, Control Channel, AMNP and LTE Gateways. Trio is packed with many more unique and powerful features. Some of which include:
- Manages all fleets agencies, departments, regions, IDs, talkgroups and more
- Provides a visual inventory of radios
- Configures ranges of IDs and talkgroups for selected customers
- Manages billing with rate plans and service plans
- Built-in inventory, accounts receivable, payment process and more.
Billing Module
Billing is our main module around which all others are connected. Billing contains all of the accounts receivable, invoice, customer support and asset management features.
Radio Management Module
Radio Management is where the trunked system, radio, radio billing and other such management takes place. Together with the Billing module, these two enable the complete billing and management of trunked radio systems.
Reports Reports Reports
We're just crazy about statistics at Genesis. Trio Reports are presented in a way that make sense to everyone, using familiar SAP Crystal Reports. If a customer has a specific need that requires custom reporting, we say "yeah, we do that!"

Wizards make navigation through commissioning new accounts, fleets, talkgroups, radios, and personalities as easy as following the steps.
Multilingual Everywhere
As a standard feature, Trio operates in English. Upon request, Trio is available in Spanish, including invoices, client reports, client contracts, as well as Trio operator screens.

Management information is very high on our list of importance. In our previous work with Motorola WNSD (Worldwide Network Services Division) we gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about metrics that must be tracked and those that should be tracked. We have incorporated most all of these into Trio at no additional cost. Why? Because its just the right thing to do. Without tools to manage your trunking system, all you have is very expensive pile of equipment.
Database Platform and Flexible Structure
Databases are driven in Microsoft SQL format for the sake of simplicity and cost-effectiveness. The database schema is available upon request to give our customers the flexibility to create custom interfaces to other software or write custom reports without our assistance. Data may be retrieved using Excel®, Access, Crystal Reports, Seagate Analysis, and more.
