Genesis Trio is a Management and Billing package created specifically for the Trunking industry. It won't do paging, it won't do cellular. Trio is modular in design and can be purchased for use with many different types of systems. This section is dedicated to Trident's PassPort NTS system. Even if you do not want to do billing, Trio is for you.

One of our most significant and largest users is in New Jersey at FleetTalk. FleetTalk is a Trunking management company that operates over 200 various types of infrastructure. PassPort NTS is the latest addition to their portfolio and thus the latest addition to our Genesis Trio. They will be happy to tell you what they think of Genesis Trio.

Trio keeps track of all information related to your PassPort system. Trio uses a Windows graphical interface to make user interaction as simple as possible. Trio stores all system, Talkgroup, and MIN information in a way that makes it easy to understand.

Trio can operate on its own or connect to another product from Genesis called GenPAMICS. In the future, GenPAMICS will interface to the PassPort system. It's primary job will be to extract airtime usage and it can also be configured to provision (activate/deactivate) radios on infrastructure that can accept computer based provisioning commands. When Trio and GenPAMICS work together on a system, GenPAMICS accumulates all of the airtime usage records. Trio can then connect to GenPAMICS automatically and pull those billing records back into Trio to be billed. 'Crunching', as we call it, occurs automatically as well. This allows for near 'real-time' billing and monitoring of activity for your PassPort system. The benefit is that you can know, almost up to the minute about every unit's usage!
