Account Contact Information
This is the classic list of accounts and their basic contact information. |
Account Inventory
This describes all of the radios and other items that each account has. This is great for a company general manager or accounting manager to have for a comprehensive view of everything that is being billed to them. |
Top 40 Units by Airtime Usage (Internal)
This is simple. This helps you quickly identify who your biggest income producers are, from a individual radio perspective. |
Bottom 40 Units by Airtime
Why a report like this? Users the suddenly show up in the bottom of a usage list are likely to leave you soon. This identifies units that may be ready to churn. Save a customer, starve a competitor! |
Call Detail Report
This is the classic telephone call detail that you can supply to a client. This is a good place to mention again that most all of these reports can be easily created as HTML pages and published for web access. Trio is web aware and with a little more hardware (firewall and web server PC) and an extra Trio module (Trio Secure Web Server), it is a simple step to add client self-service. |
Client Radio Inventory
This is different from the Account Inventory in that this is a "one line per radio" report that does not show all of the details. This is great for department managers to double check their radios against what is being billed to them. |
Fleets Assigned (Internal)
This is an internal report for you that shows you a quick glance of your Fleet resources and how they are being used. |
Talk Groups Assigned (Internal)
Like the Fleets Assigned report, this helps you to see at a glance the status of your resources. |
Inventory (Internal)
This report shows you what inventory you have, where it is located, reorder status, etc. Notice that we can handle radios, batteries, cases, yo-yos, etc. Genesis Trio can use this inventory data to choose when you add radios to a client. You can also elect not to use this. It also supports dealer-based inventory. |
Radio List (Internal)
This details the radios that you have on your system with very basic information about those radios. |
Templates Report (Internal & External)
Rate Plan Templates can get out of hand very easily! They can be complicated and your dealers or sales people need to have a simple way to know what is current and what makes up the plan. This report is great to print and have in a sales kit for dealers and salesmen. It can also be sanitized a little bit and published to a web page for your customers to view and help them choose the plan they want. |
Total Personalities by SIC Code (Internal)
SIC Code stands for Standard Industrial Classification. Each customer can be classified as to the type of business that they are in. This graph lets you see what market segment is driving your income. |

This is the same information as the graph, but for those that don't like to look at pictures (or who want more detail)! |

Total Provisionable Items by Dealer (Internal)
Big word! This is a view of every dealer or salesman you have (we show only one) and how all of the accounts stack up. This has several variations to be able to restrict this to the top 'x' customers for each dealer by unit count or by revenue. |

Total Units by Type and Status (Internal)
Here is a graph to help you spot a trend. If you see a particular type of radio that from month to month decreases in the Active column and increases in the Inactive, there is likely a problem in that radio model. That leads to customer dissatisfaction. Catch it before it catches you! |
Total Units by Type and Status (Text - Internal)
For those that like numbers more than pictures. |
Churn Summary and Detail (Internal)
Churn, by definition is like this: When you start a month, you have 2000 units. At the end of the month, you still have 2000 units but you know you turned on and off a lot of units. What happened? This report shows you why units were deactivated and/or activated. You can create the categories for churn. As an example, the common ones for deactivation are: Lost to competition, Lost due to price, Out of business, etc. |
Instant ARPU (Internal)
ARPU stands for Average Revenue Per Unit. This is not really a "report" as you would think of reports. This is a snapshot of your entire Genesis Trio revenue to see at a glance, from the Trio desktop how you're doing. This can be blocked so only management level people can have access to it. It's fun, in sales meetings to be able to open this on your screen, turn the screen so salesmen can see it and then start praising them or yelling, as the case may be! |
Instant ARPU (Internal)
This is the print version of the window. This can be printed from the screen above. It's a great idea to then include this in a sales meeting. |
