Many of the advanced options in Trio require advanced hardware. This hardware is available to be purchased locally in most industrialized nations or can be quoted and supplied by Genesis.

Other advanced options in Trio require a solid, fulltime connection from your office to the Internet. At our Genesis corporate headquarters, our Cable Modem adds an operations cost of apx. $170/mo USD. This is money well spent since we now have a very fast Internet connection for web work, client care, etc.

The user interface and the BackOffice are 100% Windows. We seamlessly interface with Microsoft Word for automatic Contract and Welcome Letter creation. We interface with Outlook for scheduling and eMail. We recommend Windows 2000 / 2003 Professional for its great performance in high load tests. Surveys show that over 97% of offices around the globe have Windows. Since we adhere to Windows programming standards, you already know how to operate most of Trio. "Wizards" guide you through commissioning new accounts, fleets, talk groups, radios, and personalities. How simple can it get! Scrolling Browse Windows, MS Explorer type Tree Views and more enhance Trio's ease of learning and use.

Modular Design
Trio can grow as you grow. Start with BLUE for the main Trio engine. BLUE contains all of the data input, edit, and view screens. Customer Service is done with BLUE. Also, BLUE handles all provisioning to the MSO. YELLOW manages the automatic airtime rating, many of the reports, invoicing, traffic analysis and more. GREEN contains all of the master accounting functions that you need like Inventory Control, AP, AR, GL, Financial Reports, Multi-currency, and more modules that can be specific to your needs in your country.

That means not just Invoices, client reports, client contracts, etc., but also Trio operator screens. Wow! No other company will give you this at no extra charge, if they can even provide it at all! Open Approach To Database Structures and Information
We have no secrets with our customers. Our databases are in a very familiar Microsoft SQL format (Oracle upon special request) to keep things simple and keep costs down. We tell you all of the information that is in the files so if you want to create your own interfaces to other software or write your own reports without our assistance, you can do it. You can use Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, Seagate Analysis, and the list goes on and on...
