Many of the advanced options in Trio require advanced hardware. This hardware is available to be purchased locally in most industrialized nations or can be quoted and supplied by Genesis.

Other advanced options in Trio require a solid, fulltime connection from your office to the Internet. At our Genesis corporate headquarters, our Cable Modem adds an operations cost of apx. $170/mo. USD. This is money well spent since we now have a very fast Internet connection for web work, client care, etc.

Blue Module Features – Core Module For Genesis Trio

Core Data Maintenance

  • Customer Information Input / View / Edit (IVE = Input, View, Edit)
  • Automatic, semi–automatic or manual assignment of new customer IDs with a "mask" that you define.
  • Customer contact list – a quick reference to all customers and their contact numbers).
  • Fleet information IVE.
  • Talk Group Information IVE.
  • Personality information IVE.
  • Available Mode Information IVE.
  • Memo IVE keeps memos for Client Care about the customer, radio, etc.).
  • Uber Wizard guides you through the complete setup of a new customer. It follows a logical pattern in order to make sure all information is entered, and in the order necessary to have successfully provisioned units, every time.

Core Communications to MSO (Provisioning)

  • Automatic activation / deactivation.
  • Automatic airtime file downloads (can be set to download at the same frequency as airtime rollover files are generated, hourly, daily, etc.)
  • Error notification to pager / email.
  • Activate / deactivate all fleets, talk groups, radios if there is a catastrophic MSO failure.

Core Setup Information

  • Company IVE. Genesis Trio can be set up to allow billing for multiple companies. A licensing file is needed to add additional companies.
  • Dealer IVE – Dealer information including: how inventory is handled; their access rights for the web interface, etc.
  • Churn IVE – Codes to define why units were activated, changed, deactivated or deleted.
    SIC codes IVE – standardized list of codes; however, we provide a way to minimize the list to suit your needs.
  • System IVE allows Genesis Trio to operate on multiple System IDs.
  • MSISDN List IVE – available MSISDN numbers with ability to reserve numbers.
  • Contacts IVE – contact information for individuals who service or maintain your system.
  • Security Groups IVE.
  • Security Users IVE.
  • Security Privileges IVE.
  • Languages IVE – Available languages so each client can have reports in their language and so Client Care knows which language to speak.

  • Transaction IVE – View a log of all changes and updates that have gone to MSO.

Client Care Features

  • Color code customers to easily show, at a glance VIP status, financial status, etc. This can be up to 10 different colors and definitions that you set up.
