General System Features — Common to All System Modules
- Simple search for radios, systems, zones, contacts, DIDs, etc. as pertains to that system. Allows search by Radio ID, Customer ID, Customer Name, System ID, Serial Number, and other context specific attributes.
- Reserve Radio Ids and Talkgroup Ids for specific cities or other geographical regions. Customer can then be assigned Ids based on their home region.
- Automatically store whether a Radio and Personality is enabled when a customer is temporarily disabled. The radios and personalities are automatically enabled as appropriate when the customer is re-enabled.

Many of the advanced options in Trio require advanced hardware. This hardware is available to be purchased locally in most industrialized nations or can be quoted and supplied by Genesis.
Other advanced options in Trio require a solid, fulltime connection from your office to the Internet. At our Genesis corporate headquarters, our Cable Modem adds an operations cost of apx. $170/mo USD. This is money well spent since we now have a very fast Internet connection for web work, client care, etc.

Core Data Maintenance
- Customer information Input/View/Edit screen (IVE = Input, View, Edit screen).

- Master Customers can be created as a cosigner for Child Customers. Master Customers can have separate billing addresses from Child Customers and receive a summary invoice of all Children’s balances.
- Add Account level Miscellaneous Fees that are One Time, Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly, Annual (this is used for billing set up fees, charging for Customer web access, anything that applies to the entire account).

Taxes
- Assign a tax group to a customer for fixed charges.

Interface to Client Master Accounting System
- Upon receiving interfacing information from Master Accounting System supplier or VAR, we can work with the supplier or VAR to create an interface from the Trio GL to the Master Accounting Software. The cost for this may or may not have been included in your quotation.
- GIL uses an open and available GL; file definition is available for interface with client supplied Master Accounting Software. There is no extra cost for supplying this information.
