We have broken it down into four basic steps:
- Capture the usage data from the Zone Controller.
- Enter all of the radio data and billing rates into a database (called Trio).
- Send the usage data to Trio every 30-60 minutes.
- Print reports and invoices.

| Step #1: GenSZAI |
 |
Motorola Dimetra systems have a data port that streams information about what is happening on the system. It is the ATIA (Air Traffic Information Access) port (the faucet).
- GenSZAI "listens" to the ATIA information and collects it into various tables within a database (the bucket).
- The information is stored there until pre-set limits are reached (days, months, years, disk space).
- NetVista2 is used to view and report on the data.

- Accumulates Usage – History limited only by available disk space.
- Dual NIC cards isolate ATIA from LAN.
- Accumulates Information to be used in reporting and management of your system.
- Supports 3.x – 4.x (testing on 6.x).

| Step #2: Enter the radio information, agency information and billing rates into Genesis Trio. |

| Genesis Trio handles all of the agency information that you can imagine. |
 |
| Trio was specifically designed to hold Dimetra specific information about each radio and each personality in each radio. |
 |
| Trio has many unique features for billing each Dimetra radio. Each service (Group Dispatch, Telephone, Private Conversation, etc.) can be billed differently. This includes time or day, day of the week, location, and much more. |

| Step #3: This is automatic. Every 30-60 minutes, Usage data is "pumped" from GenSZAI's databases into Trio. There it is "crunched" and made ready for billing. This means at ANY time in a month, you can create a report for an agency or user or for yourself that shows EVERY call type and EVERY call that was made that month...so far. |

| Step #4: At the end of the month, you have hundreds of report variations that you can print. And the reports don't have some obscure name! They simply make sense! |

| Finally you are reminded to print invoices. Dimetra owners many times send $0 invoices to their agencies simply so the agency can see WHO is doing WHAT. Sometimes Flat Rate only invoices are sent. Many Dimetra owners bill their users an annual flat rate. Trio can do that AND send a monthly usage statement. You have the power! |
