GenHPD Framework

ATIA, IV&D and HPD connect to the GenGET Reader. Data is filtered through the DataProc. From there, it is stored in the database. Depending on the total features purchased, the database will contain enough ATIA data for IV&D and HPD reporting or all ATIA data. Then, forensic reports may be run and viewed on three GenHPD spreadsheets.

Connectivity is facilitated through the GenGET (the latest advancement to GenSZAI) engine and active ATIA, IV&D and HPD connections.

Requirements for existing customers

• Be current on Maintenance & Total Support (MTS)
• Upgrade to latest GenGET
• Purchase GenHPD option
• No hardware change needed for the GenHPD option if it is adequate for latest GenGET

Requirements for new GenGET customers

• HPD connection to GGSN
• Active ATIA connection
• Purchase GenGET with HPD option
• Appropriate hardware to run GenGET

Points to Ponder

• Configuration of the HPD GGSN is needed in the field to activate Charging Gateway. GGSN output and ATIA must be routed to GenGET Reader box.
• Solution can operate on up to 7 Zones, simultaneously.
• GenGET and GenHPD redundancy is supported (optionally).
• DDR is supported (optionally).

  Quickly shine the light on subscribers that are experiencing transfer rates that are out-of-expected range.  Filter by date and show all IDs. Instantly show a subscriber with lower data throughput than expected.

Access to the reports can be done in one of three ways:

• Locally via the GenGET DataProc
• Via a Windows PC using remote desktop to access the DataProc Server
• Via a Windows Client PC running Microsoft Excel^® which points to the remote data processing server for the data source
