Issues Resolved in Update 27
Activity Module
- Target ID for RIMII activity displays in proper format
Affilations
- 2000+ system affiliations with search no longer causes alerts to stop responding
Alerts
- Restarting service now restarts service for alerts
- Call Alerts and Change Me events now occur in the CADI Host Simulator (v.3)
AMNP
- Dropdown menu for SystemID no longer displays Bands
Archiver
- Purging options: System IDs now appear in "dbo.ARC_ControlChannel" table
ATIA
- 4-digit year in Interconnect Call Info (previously, a 2-digit year could cause failure)
Channel
- Console Calls: no longer reports invalid WACN and System when set up properly
- Add Options pane added to Channel screen configuration
- Color settings remain intact
- Auto Jump to Site When Emergency, changed to an option instead of permanent "feature"
- Auto Jump to Active Emergency option can be disabled for System switching and Site switching
- Diagnostics now appear in the channel blocks as they come through Channel
- Red "X" no longer appears on a channel block after a diagnostic
Connect
- Verify Connect Security: user can no longer edit connections without permissions to do so
- Module has permission to write to event logs
- SNMP connections now add raw data archiving functionality
- SNMP Traps and Values lists now load properly
Documentation
- Any mention of "Astro" changed to "ASTRO®"
- An updated CADI protocol document exists
- Latest TIA P25 document reviewed for updates
- Noted that GenWatch3 only supports operating systems with English Language set
- Corrupt By Association documentation revised
GEnSAC3
- PTT Data: Call Activity packet issues addressed
- Images changed to include "GEnSAC" + "3"
GenSPOut
- Begin Data Forward: local port number no longer changes when looking at TCP connection then looking back at UDP connection
Halcyon Module
- LoadList properly displays errors
- Storm Plan node now appears in Alias
- Documentation shows corrected location for GenWatch3 default installation
Installation
- Properly adds event logs upon installation
- Database Only Install: installs correctly
- Local DB: addressed issue where client machines could not connect to Win7x86 unless the firewall was completely turned off
- NetVista local DB: tab order on Directory Screen is now correct
- Installation with Domain User no longer fails and returns an Unhandled Exception alert
- Client install now has valid tool links for SkyView
- New Machine option issues addressed
- Installation log no longer indicates that the Halcyon Event Log is full
- New install requiring Port Mapper: NobleNet folder is in proper location
LaunchPad Module
- Users are no longer allowed to login with no license
- Task tray now displays current version icon
Licensing
- Product Activation: Serial Key box is no longer empty on Activate Products screen
- System ID restrictions in RSP25: disabled the ability to start more connections than allowed by license
- System ID restrictions in RSP25: deleting connections will no longer delete the wrong connection from the list
- End of Call packets now properly filter out private call activity
Location
- Raw data packets are now placed in proper location when new connection is created
- Update an existing Location Connection: Location Module updates successfully
LoneWorker
- Search by Radio ID added to GUI
Miscellaneous
- Unique icons added to GenWatch3 modules
- GenWatch Service: opens all listeners on Any IP Address instead of a single IP (for dual NIC computers)
- Some GUIs no longer remain running in background (when closed immediately after an update is performed)
- Verify Location: Data: location packets no longer display Zone of 0
- Packet Process: certain statuses and messages now ACK for all radio IDs
RCM
- Database snapshot specifies where talkgroup data originates: Database or Radio Check
- RCM with all Lease properly displays available features
Reports
- Activities by Agency Over Time: Total Call Time displays correct size
- Activities by Group Over Time: no longer returns unhandled exception when report is run
- Busy Detail: Elapsed Time column now contains valid DT values
- Activities By Agency Over Time: Average Call Time and Average Busy Time returns more exact data
- Grade of Service: available channels are now calculated correctly
- Grade of Service: Reports Wizard (Unacceptable Busy Time) input now rounds off correctly
- Radio Commands: column has been expanded
- Radio PTTs: additional formatting is no longer required
- System Usage: Report Date/Time Resolution is now correct
- Two images replaced on the Reports Module menu
RIMII
- System Configuration: Topaz invalid host crashes alerts and RIMII access on Windows 7 issues resolved
RSP25
- Importing reason codes no longer causes a crash
- System Configuration: Topaz no longer automatically looks for a COM port
- Frequency Validation no longer starts with last frequency
SNMP
- Two SNMP nodes are now on the list when creating a new GW_Connect connection
SysLog
- Update Connection works correctly
SysVista
- Affiliations Per Second: SysVista connections per second values no longer exceed the box size
Trigger
- Affiliations added as a Triggerable item
- Event log and Syslog support included
- Changed relay terminology from "Open" to "Enabled" and "Close" to "Disable"

Licensing
- Number of System Controllers no longer exceeds NumSystemIDs
Miscellaneous
- Load: Restore: ASCII Subscriber List no longer returns multiple error messages
Options
- Diagnostic Settings: size limited diag setting no longer deletes the "D" file
- Verify Log File Limit: log files now get deleted as the Test Plan specifies
System Controllers
- Time Zone configuration now correctly saves settings as entered — represented by whole numbers (1, 2, 3...) or as decimal places (1.5, 2.5, 3.5...)
