GenWatch3 will keep a log of any problems, potential problems, and lots more. SysLog can generate a log from any location on a network, or from multiple locations on remote network. As a viable third-party option, we recommend Kiwi Syslog Daemon to send selected information to HP OpenView, Motorola's FullVision, as well as a pager or cell phone.
