Lease-Up Information
At the end of the 6-month trial period, the Full, Unlimited Report module license will expire. If not upgraded at the end of this trial, reporting will be disabled until you relicense the report module. If you do not take advantage of the upgrade offer, you will be limited to a "Call Activity" and "Activities by Talkgroup" report plus one additional report that you specify. Even if you decide not to upgrade to the full reporting license, be sure to test drive of all of the available reports so you will be able to specify the best additional report for your needs.
To be clear, you will have to re-license your reports module even if you do not procure additional reports. You may call Genesis Customer Support at (877) 548-0465 (US and Canada) or (903)561-6673 to simply relicense the reports module or contact your Motorola Representative to take advantage of the upgrade offer.
