GADI uses the latest layered programming technologies. It is robust, allowing for fault tolerance in the solution.
Information about every affiliation, every call, every emergency and more is fed to GADI from the zone controller ATIA port. GADI makes instantaneous decisions based on that information and immediately passes alarms and general information to the SideCore clients that need the information.

What was needed was a specialized radio keyboard that allowed dispatchers "one button" access to frequently used functions as well as functions that were deemed critical in nature. This keyboard sits just above the CAD keyboard and allows the dispatcher the ability to utilize it without taking their eyes off their CAD screen. For cost reasons, we needed something that was customizable, easy to replace, durable, and allowed for expansion. Apparently this was quite the request as Motorola and approximately 8 other vendors were not able to meet our requirements. Genesis not only met all our requirements, they exceeded them.
